This Hawaiian build-your-own-poke bowl style restaurant was started out of a food truck serving local and traditional Hawaiian foods. GUES was able to speak to creator and chef Akina Harada, who turned the food truck into a full restaurant, where every day they give the people of DC a taste of Hawaii. Poke bowls, hand rolls, and musubi are some of the many, many choices on the menu.
